Great Violin Cases COVID Notice
We understand that the Coronavirus has greatly affected many families and businesses across the world. And our hearts go out to all of you during these difficult times.
Even though Great Violin Cases is an online business, the process of getting cases to our customers has been difficult. Especially with growing state regulations and limited staff.
This is why we wanted to create this notice, to let our customers know how Great Violin cases will be operating under the current circumstances.
How are orders processed during COVID
We are still accepting all orders. However, if an item is unavailable, or if we're unable to deliver your order due to certain regulations, we will notify you immediately and process your full refund.
What if my case is out of stock?
If you place an order for a case that is unavailable, we will give you the option to cancel for a full refund, or pre-order the case until it becomes available again. You also have the option to cancel your pre-order at any time for a full refund.
Some musicians are asking to reserve cases for when they become available, so we are offering pre-orders at this time.
Note: Some of our cases do not have a clear ETA at this time either. Since many of our brands are based outside the US.
Can I do expedited shipping?
Unfortunately we cannot do any expedited shipping at this time. With regulations changing quite frequently, it's very difficult to guarantee expedited shipping.
The current delivery time of our cases is 7-10 business days.
