Pedi NiteFlash Oblong Viola Case Blue

i love this case!!! first sight was very professional and nice. the case came in a protective sack which was a great touch. material feels amazing and my 16 in viola fits perfectly. straps are great and overall this case looks and feels very protective. it comes with humidifier beads and a protective blanket which is very nice. pouch is spacious and fits music. hoping it’ll last me years.

Excellent case. It’s lightweight but sturdy. The back straps are built well and make carrying the viola so much easier. Has separate space for a kun collapsible shoulder rest. The fit seemed a little snug for a full sized viola initially but after use this does not seem to be an issue.

The lining is of good quality and keeps my instrument and now safe.

Love my new case! Viola fits perfectly, plenty of room for my Pedi shoulder rest and other things. Bow goes in backwards, but I've had my frog fall and scratch up my viola in previous cases, so this makes sense and is worth getting used to. Love the attached backpack straps and light weight. Oh - also important to note that the case stays open as it should. So tired of cases falling backward or flipping down on the instrument while I'm trying to use it.

This is a nice case for the price. While I like the look of the carbon fiber cases, those cases seem to scuff and scratch easily. This Pedi case has a canvas (or canvas-like) cover that has a nice appearance. It has a storage compartment with a spring-loaded door big enough for rosin, tuning fork, mute, cleaning cloth, etc. . There is no string tube, but spare strings could be kept in the large zippered pocket attached at the underside of the case. This zippered pocket can accommodate an iPad and one of the smaller foot pedals, and still have room for sheet music. There is also an interior space that looks to be shaped to accommodate a Kun-style shoulder rest. Oddly, the bow holders have the spinners on the left side…..first time I’ve seen them not on the right…..not an issue, but uncommon. Also, the case does not have a locking latch. Two zippers and a flap with two snaps keep the case closed. Overall, a nice case made with attractive materials and seems to be sturdy enough to protect an instrument. For the price, I can recommend this case.
