Pedi NiteFlash Oblong Violin Case Olive

I have to say that’s I’m impressed. I have back issues and this is so much lighter than my nice Bobelock case and the backpack straps are great. I wondered if my music folder would fit, but it does. There are a few things that don’t fit, but I can work around them, especially since there’s a pocket for the strings in the music pouch. I kind of miss the latching of a lock, but if someone was going to steal it, they would steal the whole case. I may have to buy another for my Zeta five-string electric!

My top priority was light weight, and it is. It's nice looking on the outside. The inside is a bit too industrial for my taste but it's good in a streamlined way. I kept the red velvet blanket from my last case and it dresses it up. There's not quite as much storage space for my shoulder rest as I'd like but it works. It's hard to make a change from a case I've had for decades but it was falling apart so I had to. I'm keeping an open mind!

I like the 5lb. weight of the case. It also has all the compartments I need to store my shoulder rest, rosin and 2 bows. It's easy to carry with shoulder strap.

This case is beautiful inside and out. It is light weight and protect well. Our Stradivari model violin is fit very well. There are two space for the bows. The only problem is our Everest ES-4 shoulder rest cannot be fit in the case. I have to sew a small bag which is attached to the case to hold the shoulder rest.

This case is beautiful! The olive canvas cover goes well with the violin varnish (and abalone purfling as well).
