We offer Free Shipping on all of our cases! We ship everywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii and Alaska.

Insured Deliveries

We cover the cost of cases damaged or lost during delivery! The package must be signed for, and damages or lost must be confirmed with the delivery driver. Since we also verify damaged or lost packages with the carrier before insuring / sending a new case.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most of our cases! If you're not satisfied, you have the option to return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. We will then issue you a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the item arrives defective. Certain restrictions apply. Check out our Return Policies for more information.

No Restocking Fees

All case returns are NOT subject to a restocking fee. As long as you return the case in it's original packaging and condition, we will send you a full refund.

No Cancellation Fees

Made a mistake? Jumped the gun? No worries! We do not charge cancellation fees. However, if you cancel an order AFTER it has been shipped, any charges incurred by the carrier for intercepting / returning the package will apply.

No Shipping to P.O Boxes.

Many carriers do not ship instrument cases to P.O boxes. Often times, cases can be returned without any notification from the carriers. If you only have a P.O box, please list a nearby address that you have access to, or email us directly, and we can arrange a delivery to a Fedex / UPS pick-up location near you.
