We bought the tonareli fiberglass (not contoured) case for my daughter violin. It fits her violin, shoulder rest, and everything else. We needed a place for her music so bought the attachable music bag. She now only has one thing to carry and can wear it as a backpack! It’s great to only worry about one thing instead of all the individual parts!

I'm the kind of person that carries several bags around with me and accidently leaves them around. This music bag helps me to separate my music from work materials and prevents me from leaving my music in random places. It fits great on my Tonareli case.

The tonarelli music bag is very well made. It does take nimble fingers to first attach it the the instrument case. Having two different size closures is also a nice feature when one has more sheet music to carry. A side warning from a Florida Native: if playing a gig, DO NOT leave the bag open when you place the case down outside for any period of time. Snakes and lizards would love to explore .

The Tonarelli music case fits the cello shaped violin case very nicely and is lightly padded. It holds several sheet music pieces and a couple thinner music books. So it would work fine for a student through end of high school. I suppose it would hold one thicker book if necessary. The snaps are magnetic and seem to snap nicely. The only issue is that if you use the shoulder straps to carry the case you need to make sure they are secure first, then attach the music case. If you put the music case on first it make it harder to attach the straps to the cello shaped case. I would give it 4.5 stars out of 5.
