Bam cases have been designed to provide their holder with many years of satisfaction. In the unlikely event that a problem arises on one of our cases as a result of a defect in our materials or workmanship within the two years following the purchase, we will repair it at our expense (or replace it if it cannot be repaired)*.
It is important to note that our guarantee is not an unconditional guarantee for the life of the product. Bam cases are made from high-quality materials, and yet they are not indestructible. Therefore, our guarantee does not cover product damage that may result from mishandling of the product. We do not cover accidental damage nor its consequences, such as damage to the contents of the case.
Also, as with any product, it should be expected that component parts - hooks or fasteners for instance - will show wear with use over time and eventually may need to be replaced. This type of normal wear and tear is naturally not covered by our guarantee, but we will always be happy to offer a prompt, high-quality repair service at a nominal cost for the lifetime of the case.
We always ask musicians to contact their dealer first when after-sales service is required. Please contact us for further instructions before returning a case. The expenses for returning a case will be covered by the sender.

Howard Core Company warrants its instruments, cases and bows to be free of defect in material and construction for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase by an authorized dealer. This includes Bobelock and Gewa cases.
Howard Core Company will, at its option, repair or replace any item found to have been defective in materials or manufacture under the terms stated here. Howard Core Company shall be the sole arbiter of eligibility for warranty repair or replacement. Howard Core Company liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective items. Howard Core Company reserves the right to make changes to this warranty. The policies in place at the time of purchase will be honored.
The one year warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the case and may not be transferred at any time for any reason. Damage caused by either normal wear, or by misuse, neglect or physical abuse is not covered. Howard Core Company warranty responsibilities and liabilities are limited to repair or replacement of defective cases for one year from the date of purchase. Damage to instruments, bows or other personal property being stored or transported in a Howard Core Company case is not covered by this or any other Howard Core Company warranty.
Tonareli cases have been made to offer years of use. In the event that an issue arises as a result of a defect in our materials or workmanship within one year of the original purchase date, we will repair it at our expense (or replace it if it cannot be repaired)*.
Our warranty does not constitute a warranty for the life of the product. Tonareli instrument cases are quality-made yet they are not indestructible. Therefore, our warranty does not include product damage resulting from user error or accidental damage of the product. We also do not cover possible consequences, such as damage to the contents of the case.
Components of the cases will show wear over time with normal use. This should be expected. While this type of normal wear is not included in our warranty, we are happy to offer replacement parts and repairs. Please contact us for details.
We ask users to contact their Authorized Tonareli dealer (Great Violin Cases) first when after-sales service is required. Any expenses for returning a case to Tonareli will be covered by the sender.
