Expedited Shipping
If you need expedited shipping, please reach out to us directly, and we can get you a quote for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping for violin cases are usually $65 and up.
International Shipping
Great Violin Cases only ships in the U.S. We do not ship internationally.
Order Acceptance
Great Violin Cases reserves the right to limit the order quantity and/or refuse service to any customer. The receipt of an order number or email confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order. Verification of additional information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order.
Damaged During Shipment
Someone must be present at the time of delivery to sign and report any damages that may have incurred during transit. Please note the damage when signing.
If your product arrives in a damaged box,you have the option to REFUSE the package. Ask the delivery driver for their policy regarding damaged containers, and take several pictures of the damage. Email us at info@greatviolincases.com immediately before opening the package.
IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to take photos of the damage immediately, notify the delivery driver of the damage, and reach out to us within 24 hours of the delivery.
If the package was lost by the carrier, Great Violin Cases will open an investigation on your behalf with your tracking number.
Changing An Order After It Has Been Shipped
If you change your order after the item has been shipped, and before you receive the item, we can arrange for UPS or Fedex to reroute the delivery back to us. However, you are responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
Great Violin Cases is not responsible for intercepting a package. We may call the carrier on your behalf. But this does not guarantee the package will be intercepted. If you requested a package to be intercepted, and the package still arrives at your address, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
