Certain products may take more than 10 business days to ship depending on availability. If a product requires more than 15 business days to ship, Great Violin Cases will email you directly with the date of actual shipment.

No Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Great Violin Cases does not ship to P.O. Boxes. In accordance with major carrier regulations, we cannot ship packages to P.O. Boxes. We will do our best to notify you immediately if we see a P.O. Box listed as a shipping address.

Damaged during Shipment:

Someone must be present at the time of delivery to sign and report any damages that may have incurred during transit. Please note the damage when signing.

If your product arrives in a damaged box, you have the option to REFUSE the package. Ask the delivery driver for their policy regarding damaged containers, and take several pictures of the damage. Email us at info@greatviolincases.com immediately before opening the package. IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to take photos of the damage immediately, notify the delivery driver of the damage, and reach out to us within 24 hours of the delivery.

Great Violin Cases does not replace lost or stolen items. If the package was lost by the carrier, Great Violin Cases will open an investigation on your behalf with your tracking number.

If you change your order after the item has been shipped, and before you receive the item, we can arrange for UPS or Fedex to reroute the package back to it's original sender. However, you are responsible for all charges incurred when rerouting your package to the original sender. When this process is completed, we will send you a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee, and all charges incurred by the carrier for shipping and intercepting the package. This includes the initial cost of shipping (free shipping) Great Violin Cases covers when shipping the item to your address.

Great Violin Cases is not responsible for intercepting a package. We may call the carrier on your behalf. But this does not guarantee the package will be intercepted. If you requested a package to be intercepted, and the package still arrives at your address, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and other costs as listed in our Refund Policies.
