Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all cases.
Can I return my case?
Yes! We never want musicians to feel "stuck" with a case. We offer a 30-day return guarantee. Simply return the case in its original box and packaging. Check out our return policy for more information.
Are there any restocking fees?
Nope. We don’t charge restocking fees. As long as the case is returned in original condition with original box and packing within 30 days, you’ll get a full refund.
What if the case doesn't fit?
If the case doesn’t fit, you can return it for a full refund, or exchange for a different case. You’re responsible for the cost of return shipping (we only cover the cost of return shipping if the case arrives defective or damaged).
We offer the option to purchase a pre-paid return label when you buy any case. So if you think there’s a chance you’ll have to return the case because of sizing issues, simply purchase a pre-paid return label from us (it’s much more affordable than what UPS / Fedex charges).
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days. We have warehouses along the East and West coast. Generally, we’re able to ship cases along the East coast within 3-4 business days.
Can I do expedited shipping?
We have done expedited shipping for customers in the past. Please reach out to us directly via chat or email to see if we can offer expedited shipping for your order.
Because of the large sizes of shipping cases, it can get quite costly to do expedited shipping (usually $100+ for violin cases). So please check with us first.
