Returns & Refunds Policy
We're confident that you'll be satisfied with the quality of your case! We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our cases. If you're not satisfied, you have the option to return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. We will then issue you a full refund.
Unless the item arrives defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Certain restrictions apply. Please read further.
All refunds to the returned item will be issued to the original credit card or Paypal account used to place the order.
You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return your order. Since we are an authorized dealer of several brands, we have different return locations. An email must be sent to us to confirm your return.
No returns are accepted 30 days after the date of fulfillment.
- Unless the case arrives defective or damaged, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
- All returns must be in the same packaging and condition as it was received.
- All refunds to the returned item will be issued to the original credit card or Paypal account used to place the order.
- Your order must be returned to the brand’s specified return location.
- If you ordered a case that doesn't fit your instrument, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. However, if we send you a case that is different in size from your original order (i.e. you order a full size case, and we send a 3/4 size case), then we will cover the cost of return shipping, along with shipping out the correct case.
