We're confident that you'll be satisfied with the quality of your case! We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our cases. If you're not satisfied, you have the option to return your case within 30 days of receipt. We will then issue you a full refund.

Unless the case arrives defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Certain restrictions apply. Please read further.

No returns are accepted 30 days after the date of fulfillment.

Only cases can be returned. Accessories and strings cannot be returned.

You must complete our Return Request Form first, if you wish to return your case. Returning a case without completing this form will not be refunded.

"Any Reason" Return Shipping Insurance

If you purchased our "Any Reason" Return Shipping Insurance, you can return the case for any reason within 30 days of fulfillment, and we'll provide a return label for you (you will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping).

Note: the case must still be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return Details:

  • Unless the case arrives defective or damaged, you are responsible for the return shipping charges (unless you purchased our "Any Reason" Return Shipping Insurance.
  • All returns must be in the same packaging and condition as it was received. If a case is not returned in original condition, a repair fee will be deducted from the refund. The cost of the repair fee depends on the extent of the damage.
  • All refunds to the returned case will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account used to place the order.
  • If you received a gift with your case, you must return the gift items along with your case. If the gifts are not returned, we will deduct the value of the gift items from your total refund.
  • If you ordered a case that doesn't fit your instrument, you are responsible for the return shipping charges (unless you purchased our Return Shipping Insurance). However, if we send you a case that is different in size from your original order (i.e. you order a full size case, and we send a 3/4 size case), then we will cover the cost of return shipping, along with shipping out the correct case.
  • Accessories and strings cannot be returned.
