Bam Panther Oblong Viola Case: Unique & Protective

The Bam Panther Oblong viola case is a popular choice for violists who want a simple and elegant case that offers advanced protection and durability.

The “Panther” part of the case is the exterior rubber layer that is elegantly textured. No other case looks like this case.

Not only is this extra layer really elegant looking, it’s also slip and scratch-resistant!

Excellent Protection and Durability

This case belongs to Bam's signature Hightech collection, designed to exceed the standard qualities you'll typically find in the market.

Bam combines ABS, Airex foam, and another type of ABS to create unique protection and durability. One standout feature is its temperature resistance, which outperforms many cases, even those made of carbon fiber.

Elegant and Scratch-resistant Exterior

Bam Panther Oblong Viola Case Exterior Detail

With its solid black exterior, this case gives off mysterious and elegant vibes that are perfect for violists going for that aesthetic.

The textured surface feels similar to rubber, making it non-slip and helping it stay put without sliding around—plus, this textured rubber makes the case scratch-resistant.

Suspension Padding + Adjustable Neck Cushion

Like other high-quality Bam cases, this one is designed with suspension paddings. These cushions are strategically positioned under the neck and lower bout of your viola, protecting your instrument from hitting the case itself if you accidentally drop it—acting as shock absorbers.

Plus, the neck cushion is adjustable so you can fit violas between 15.5 to 16.5 inches.

Spacious Removable Accessories Pouch

Bam Panther Oblong Viola Case Removable Accessories Pouch

This case features a spacious accessories pouch attached to the side, where you can store your rosin, pencil, cleaning cloth, and other items. Since it's removable, you can easily take it to your music stand without bringing the entire case.

Durable Backpack Straps

Like all hightech cases, this one comes with sturdy backpack straps. They're padded and made of water-resistant material, making them both comfortable and long-lasting.

BAM viola case GREAT

I play a Tertis model viola, the modularity of the instrument support of the body was easily adjusted to fit and support the instrument well…..due to the Velcro attachments for the padding and support.
