Gewa Idea 2.5 Double Violin Case

This case has amazing capacity. It holds my two fiddles and two bows (with room for 4), my two shoulder rests with folding legs, and the small zippered case for a tuner and rosin. It is a suspension case with above average padding supporting the bottom of the fiddles, and perfectly placed pads on the top to hold them in place when the case is shut. Everything fits very snugly, held firmly in place with several substantial Velcro straps. Great locks, and when closed, it's hard to believe there are two fiddles in there, as it's barely larger than my favorite single case. Both my fiddles are fractionally larger than average in the bouts, so I've tried other cases that wouldn't accomodate them. The Great Violin Case people were very helpful in finding one that would. The price of this case from any source is a bit breathtaking, but the quality is high, and I'm more than satisfied.
