I love these cases. This is my second, I also have the viola case in pop. My only input/warning is that they are not super hard, but unless you’re planning to sit or lean on your case(!) it shouldn’t be a problem. Also, I’d love if they put a subway handle on the top!

My primary search parameter was weight. I needed a case for my traveler violin that I fly in to backcountry ski huts and other remote locations. The case is super light - weight is accurate in the description. The case holds my violin snuggly and seems sufficiently protective. There is just enough room to tuck my shoulder rest around the neck and scroll. Not much storage. The outside is kind of a soft fabric but is seems very durable. Also, the color looked weird in the picture, but its actually kind of cool. The hardware and materials are on the cheaper side - to be expected at this cost and weight. All in all a great case for my purposes.

I bought it for a trip but the backpack straps constantly came undone making not so good for traveling. It’s fine as a general case though and marvelously light.
