The video shows the Pedi NiteFlash violin case. However, both cases feature the same look, SteelShield protection, and durability.
The Steel Shield design features strategic steel bars at the case's most vulnerable points, creating a protective skeleton. This clever approach maximizes protection while keeping the weight down to just 6 lb.–imagine how heavy it would be if the whole case were steel!
Specially designed padding along the lower bout and neck of the viola absorbs shock if you drop the case.
One of the unique features of this case is the reflective stripes! Perfect for keeping you or your young musician visible to cars during those late-night walks from rehearsals.
Unlike traditional D-ring shoulder straps, the Pedi case features proper backpack straps with breathable mesh padding. The shoulder-width spacing is more comfortable than typical V-strap designs, especially for those with broader shoulders. Don't need the straps? They're retractable, so you can hide them away (no need to have straps dangling around if you’re not using them).
Store your music along the back of the case. This smart design prevents the case from doing a backflip when you open it (which can happen when you store sheet music on the top of the case, essentially making the case top-heavy).

I bought this case as a birthday present for my teenage grandson. He is extremely happy with the looks and the quality. It came with a spacer to ensure proper fit of the viola. The backpack straps store securely out of the way and there is a compartment for the shoulder rest.

I have a 15.5 viola and the case fits pretty well. Unfortunately, due to the curve of the case, I can only store one viola bow in it. The length of the case is shortened a bit by the curve and precludes me from storing a second viola bow in the case. Other than that, it's lightweight and functional.

This case is striking! I play with a Community Orchestra, and and several String Groups. Everyone who has seen my new case has been impressed with it! My only problem is with myself. I assumed that I knew the dimensions of my viola, but I was wrong. Measure your instrument before ordering your case. My error will be easily corrected, but could have been avoided had I "measured twice and ordered once".

i love this case!!! first sight was very professional and nice. the case came in a protective sack which was a great touch. material feels amazing and my 16 in viola fits perfectly. straps are great and overall this case looks and feels very protective. it comes with humidifier beads and a protective blanket which is very nice. pouch is spacious and fits music. hoping it’ll last me years.
