I was looking for a "perfect" case for years. Must have a subway handle, light weight, airline-approved, solid, fits scores, the lid stay open, can stand alone, good balance when I hold, and the color is not black. Bam Hightech was one of my choices, but it's quite expensive and didn't not exactly fit my list. After researching all cases I can find and considering my budget, I went for this. When it's arrived, I was surprised it's bulky to compare Bam Hightech Slim that my teacher has, and it's much heavier than I thought. The lid didn't keep open, so I was considering to return it, but I gave it a try for few days.
When I carry, the weight doesn't bother me much. I found the lid can be kept open if you push down. I haven't tried flying with the case, but I'll see. I love the color, too.
Over all, I'm very happy about my purchase!
