This case is excellent! I like that it has a key for the latches. The only thing that annoys me is not having a little compartment for rosin--That's why it's 4 stars. But I use the pocket that the straps came in and fit it under the neck of the instrument.

I bought this case for a travel case. It is light, durable, and fits my 16 3/8 viola with very large bottom bouts. Highly recommended. The only downside is that there is little storage.
