Room for everything!

I purchased this violin case because it has straps to carry it on my back. I love the hard shell that protects the instrument inside. There is a large compartment that holds all of my essentials: extra strings, shoulder rest, tuner and rosin. The above and beyond feature is the zipper case that holds music! Now I don't have to worry about dropping music in a puddle!

Great for the price

For the price, I'd definitely give this case 5 stars. I have a few minor complaints with it, but nothing major, and it seems to be one of the best cases I've seen in the $150 price range.

Pros:

-pretty lightweight

-music pouch is removable, so great for flying or other times when you need a more compact case

-plenty of room for a shoulder rest and accessories

-seems sturdy

-lip around the edge of the case provides more weather protection than many zippered cases

-looks great! Simple and professional but slightly unique

Cons:

-fits my 4/4 violin fine, but there is NO extra room around the violin, so I have to remove my padded chin rest cover every time

-no holder for the shoulder rest

-When the music pouch is attached, it can't sit up on its side since the pouch is wider than the case.

-It also doesn't stand well on its end like some oblong cases can.
